Shipping policy

The date you select at checkout is the date of your wedding, and we aim to get your confetti to you around 3-6 weeks before that date, sometimes much sooner depending on the time of year. If you would like your confetti sooner, please email us at orders@flutterdarlings.co.uk with your order number and we will dispatch it earlier. 

If you're placing an order and your wedding is less than less than a week away, please reach out to us. We can absolutely get an order to you within 24-48 hours, we just need to make sure that what you need is in stock, so best to email us!

We charge £3.99 for postage and packaging on orders £59.99 and under in value. Postage and packaging is free for orders of £60 and over. 

We don't ship cannons outside of the UK mainland, sorry. This is because they can't be shipped by air. Jersey is fine as post now goes by boat!

As of 13 December 2024, we have suspended shipping to the European Union and Northern Ireland due to the introduction of General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We really hope to be able to ship to the EU and NI once we have more guidance on how to ship to these locations without falling foul of GSPR.
