Refunds

Your confetti mix is custom-made just for you and your boo. Because of this, after the fourteen day statutory window for distance sales has passed, we're not able to offer refunds for any reason other than your confetti not arriving, or arriving damaged.

Cannons are custom-made and cannot be disassembled once we've created them for you, therefore these are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

Your statutory rights are all yours and not affected by us. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if it's looking defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
